Welcome to Clean Sweep Chimney Services. We work between Balvan, Veliko Tarnovo, Bulgaria, and North Birmingham U.K, and we also cover the areas surrounding Birmingham . Bryan has been trained in Traditional and Rotary power sweeping, by Rodtech who manufacture sweeping equipment.
Chimney sweeping in the U.K is unregulated, there are a number of ‘Governing bodies and Trade associations’ who train sweeps, but only Rodtech offer training that is accredited by the City & Guilds.
Bryan also holds a number of Health & Safety Qualifications. He is a member of the City & Guild Association, Graduate member of IOSH and is a Recognised Safety Professional with the International Institute of Risk and Safety Management.
Bryan is fully insured and has Photo ID as issued by Rodtech.
Power sweeping equipment has been developed by experienced sweeps and is an award winning, Industry approved method of sweeping.
We use this equipment to give our customers the best possible clean.
When power sweeping, the brush head expands through centrifugal force to suite the flue (chimney) that we are sweeping. It also centres itself, due to the way the heads have been designed, it is actually the sides of the strands that sweep the flue(chimney)causing less damage than incorrectly choosing a traditional brush head to sweep. There is an added advantage that by using the speed of the drill it can stiffen or soften the sweeping action. So if we are sweeping an older style chimney then we would use a low speed (softer) however if we are sweeping a heavily built up clay / steel flue then we can up the speed giving you unbelievable cleaning action.
